Your acceptance of this agreement

The Terms and Conditions apply to sales contracts with private and business customers through the website of LR Silver Jewellery. The buyer confirms to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions by clicking the “Check-Box” before entering credit card details in the Checkout-Process.

The contract is complete when the buyer has paid for the goods in full and the payment has been confirmed. The order will be confirmed by LR Silver Jewellery by separate communication.

The terms and conditions can be changed by LR Silver Jewellery at any time without further notice.

Pricing & Shipping

All prices are stated in GBP, inclusive of VAT

Postage and packaging fee (P&P fee) will be listed separately. In cases where P&P fee differ from the shown values, the buyer will be contacted immediately. Depending on weight and volume of the order, the postage will be effected by post. Due to the nature of the items made by LR Silver jewellery, delivery will be via Royal Mail ‘signed for’.

Our prices are binding at the time of order. LR Silver Jewellery always endeavors to provide current and accurate information on the Website. However, pricing errors may sometimes occur. We reserves the right to: (a) correct any prices or pricing errors at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason.

SALES – from time to time, we may offer products at a discounted rate. Any such discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers which you may already receive. However, the greater discount available at the time of ordering will be applied.

Delivery

Every item is handmade to order, and hallmarked in Birmingham, so dispatch will be within 15 working days. If any longer delivery time is necessary, the buyer will be informed immediately. A delivery delay does not entitle the buyer to claim damages or to cancel the contract.

If a product, contrary to the web shop information is not in stock, the buyer will be contacted or the value of the missing item will be refunded.

Cancelling your order

Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods This must be done in writing. The return postage of goods is at the risk and expense of the buyer.

The Product must be returned in perfect condition, complete and in its original packaging. Otherwise we reserve the right to withhold a proportional value.

You can NOT cancel the following orders after more than 3 days:

hand, foot, paw or finger print items; items with any form of personalisation, or items made specifically to customer special request; earrings, or any type of jewellery for piercings

Liability and warranty

The warranty is 12 months (excluded are wearing parts and other specifically labelled products). Claims must be made in writing to LR Silver jewellery by post or email. The return is at the cost and risk of the buyer.
Excluded of warranty are slight variations (colour, size and weight) as each piece is individually hand made, such variations are to be expected, normal signs of wear and damages caused by improper handling.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately and report damages within 7 days. Hidden damages can be reported after using the product.
In the case of a defect, the buyer has the right of free repair, an appropriate discount or replacement. The decision on this depends on the type of defect and will be made by LR Silver Jewellery.

Payment

We accept Pay Pal, Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard etc…), as well immediate bank transfer. The value will be charged immediately.

The goods remain property of LR Silver Jewellery until payment has been made in full.

Workshops & Courses

Once booked online, your contract to attend the course is binding. Deposits are non refundable.

Should you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of the workshop date, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the workhop fee.

If you prepay and cancel longer than 4 weeks before the event, your course fee will be refunded minus a deposit to cover administration.

Governing law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute between you and LR Silver Jewellery or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Website, this Agreement, or any related matters (collectively “Disputes”) will be resolved before the British Court, and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of this court in respect of all Disputes.
